Account Information: When you sign up for Clearline, we collect the guardian's name, email address, phone number, and payment information. We also collect the senior's name and phone number to provide our protection service.

Call Data: Clearline analyzes phone calls to the protected senior's line in real time to detect potential scam activity. We collect call metadata (caller number, call duration, timestamps) and generate transcripts for scam analysis. Call audio is processed in real time and is not permanently stored.

SMS Communications Data: We collect your mobile phone number to send fraud alert notifications. We record your opt-in consent, message delivery status, and opt-out requests.

Payment Information: Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide real-time scam call detection and protection, send SMS fraud alerts to designated guardians when a potential scam is detected, send periodic summary messages about call activity, improve our scam detection AI models, process payments and manage your subscription, and communicate with you about your account.

SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and completing checkout at helloclearline.com, you consent to receive SMS fraud alert messages from Clearline. These messages include real-time scam alerts, weekly call summaries, and account notifications.

Message frequency varies based on call activity (typically 1–5 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email team@helloclearline.com. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. We will not share your opt-in to our SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers such as Telnyx (telecommunications), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI analysis), and Supabase (data storage) — only as necessary to deliver our service. We may also share data if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and encrypted storage for data at rest.

Data Retention
